In every dorm I’ve been, the trash cans in the hallway always emit heat. I know people throw their food away in them, but still, I don’t understand this phenomenon.

Window fans that supposedly circulate air aren’t going to work unless they’re three foot high and two feet wide in a dorm.

At my school there was an incident with a “Peeping Tom” looking in at girl’s showering. He was arrested a few days later, but I will never shower without looking behing me again. I swear, it’s like living on a street corner in the city.

One good thing about the dorm is that I recycle a lot more. I even keep a bag in my room for bottles so I can later put them in the recycle bin. A lot of girls actually do this, but the only guys I’ve seen recycle are gay. Go environment!
